United States WW2 fixed bale M1 combat helmet with painted 3rd Infantry Division insignia on each side of helmet. Front seam fixed bale helmet. No chinstraps left on helmet shell. Named on interior of helmet shell with rank and number as well. WW2 Westinghouse helmet liner has very worn condition interior with damage to portions of the web lining and no sweatband or neck strap. There are two 3rd infantry division patches that were stuck in the liner when I got the helmet, so, I left them there as found. Liner marked with Westinghouse logo in upper dome area. Overall, a nice ww2 3rd division painted fixed bale combat helmet.
