International Shipping

NOTE TO EU CUSTOMERS: Due to the changes in the EU value-added tax (VAT) laws, we no longer ship to EU.

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA is subject to the import duties, fee, and taxes of the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their country’s laws. TTMI does not collect duties, fees, and taxes at the time of purchase. TTMI is not responsible for customs duties levied or items confiscated by local country customs authorities (it’s not our fault, even if it never happened before!). TTMI has no control over the delays in the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of the customer’s order (package) into the destination country. Once we turn a package over to the post office it becomes your property. This means that the carrier is responsible for all loss, damage, or missing packages. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition. For large/tall shipments, we may use UPS service.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes. TTMI is not responsible for delays or missing packages due to restrictions at destination customs, or local postal service in destination counties.

The customer assumes certain responsibilities to ensure successful delivery. If delays occur, we will assist with tracking the package, provide updates to the customer, and make reasonable attempts to work with the carrier. It is also the customer’s responsibility to work with their local carrier service to expedite the clearance and transit of the package.

USPS shipping rate for an order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. An automated shipment confirmation email will be sent when a shipping label is created.
