WW2 German Luftwaffe M40 Combat Helmet. Helmet has a really nice condition single decal second pattern Luftwaffe eagle. The helmet has a slightly textured Luftwaffe blue-grey paint in very nice condition as well. Liner in very good condition and has drawstring and is ink size stamped 55. Chinstrap in worn condition with some small edge tears where it looped over the edge rim, it is also nicely marker marked and dated 1940. Size and marker marked Q62. Production/Lot numbered on back inner appears to be most likely R501. Overall, one of the nicest Luftwaffe single decal combat helmets that I have seen out there.
