WW2 German Army M40 Combat Helmet. Very worn condition. Only a very small portion of Army eagle decal left. Exterior of helmet has decent condition field-grey paint. Liner leather is very worn and damaged condition and loose to helmet. Metal band still in helmet, just leather loose from rest of liner. Maker and size marked appear to be most likely Q64. The production/lot number on the back inner rim is difficult to clearly make out. Named in reddish type paint near back inner rim. Also, appears to have other writing on inner rim, however, again, very difficult to make out. Worn condition combat helmet with loose leather.
