WW2 German M35 Kriegsmarine Combat Camouflage Helmet. Helmet is size and marker marked on inner rim SE64. The lot/production number on the back inner rim is: 4834. The exterior camouflage colors are a subtle dark green and red, over the apple green factory finish. The national shield decal on the one side has been removed as per regulations/orders at the time, and Kriegsmarine eagle decal remains and exhibits deep golden color and is in decent condition overall (displays well). The M40 liner and chinstrap is worn condition, the M40 liner system implies this one was refurbished early in the war. Also, named in white paint on back inner rim area. The helmet comes with a Certificate from Kelly Hicks who wrote several books on WW2 German Helmets. Overall, a nice looking hard to find M35 Kriegsmarine Camo Helmet.
