PAYMENT
All payments are due upon checkout. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.
SHIPPING POLICY
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments, except for letters. The seller assumes no responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged during transit, including the cost of the item or the shipping fees. In the event that a package is lost or damaged, the buyer may contact the seller to request assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.
The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs and any depreciation in value of the item if it is not returned in its original condition.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND IMPORT DUTIES DISCLAIMER
All orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s laws and regulations.
Delivery may be delayed if a package is selected for inspection by customs in the destination country. The seller has no control over the customs process or any additional charges related to importation and delivery. The seller is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or items held or confiscated by customs authorities.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure any necessary governmental permissions, documentation, or approvals for importation, and to verify and remit any applicable import duties, fees, and taxes.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is eligible for inspection and return within 14 days of delivery. If the purchaser is not satisfied, the item may be returned during this period for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus any applicable shipping fees. Items must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Any alterations, modifications, or cleaning will void the return policy. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
LAYAWAY
Select items are eligible for layaway with a minimum down payment of 20% of the total purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in full within a maximum period of 6 months.

The seller shall not be held liable for any health, safety, or injury-related concerns once the buyer has received the item. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use or handling of the purchased item. The seller disclaims any responsibility or liability for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from the buyer’s use or possession of the item.
FIREARM DISCLAIMER
All firearms are sold strictly as collector’s display items. The seller assumes no responsibility for the shooting safety, functionality, or reliability of any antique firearm. These items are intended solely for display and preservation as historical artifacts.
The purchaser is solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding ownership of antique firearms.
