US UDC Military Service Cross for WW2 Service in Box . YMU4891

American UDC (United Daughters of the Confederacy) Military Service Cross 1941-1945 (WW2) service and marker marked on the reverse with the marker mark of Medallic Art Co NY. Presented to veterans of WW2 who were blood descendants of Confederate military personnel. Also, numbered on reverse with serial number of “6374” and box with matching number on top and also named on top of box which appears to be to: Jack Wilbur Burns. Box is also marked Medallic Art Co New York on inner lid as well. Cardboard box in worn condition. Pin attachment system is crimped brooch design. Nice medal with matching numbered box.
