United States Small Medal. Yellow and Blue ribbon. Letters on arms of medals “I H N” on front. On back of medal with wording “Seal Sterling 1886”. Not sure what this medal was issued for, most likely some type of American Lodge Medal. I believe the “I H N” may stand for “In His Name” for the Malta Knights Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem. Worn condition.
