US Navy Bullion Sleeve Rank Insignia 1940s-1950s . USP1326

United States Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Bullion Gold Rating (Good conduct) Sleeve Rank Insignia. Also has key logo specialty insignia I believe for Disbursing Clerk. For the Winters Blue Uniform. Most likely late 1940s-1950s era. Size approximately 6 1/2 inches x 4 inches. The insignia does not react to UV light (does not glow under blacklight). The insignia is stitched to the cardboard. Worn condition.

Additional Notes: Gold Rating Badge, the Gold chevrons with silver embroidered eagle and specialty mark. Worn on blue uniforms by all petty officers with 12 years unbroken good conduct.
