United States VPI ROTC Jacket. Pair of collar discs (looks like about 1920s-1930s type design). One collar disc has engineer castle type design with V.P.I. below and the other disc has ROTC letters with torch type design. Marker tag on interior is marked: Virginia Polytechnic Institute Blacksburg, VA Uniform Department and is named and numbered. Very worn condition with several scattered moth nips.
