United States Marine Corps (USMC) WW2 HBT (Herringbone Twill) Combat Field Utility Jacket. P41 field combat jacket. Front pocket with stenciled USMC and EGA, the original stencil seems to be gone over and darkened later with marker. Marker on rank stripes on sleeves, again, looks like gone over later and widened and darkened with marker. The name above pocket blackened out and a new name written above in black marker. Also, the back also has the original stenciled information blackened out. U.S. Marine Corps darkened bronze buttons that have the finish worn off quite a bit. Overall, a very worn condition combat field jacket with original markings and naming blacked out in several areas and/or enhanced.
