Soviet Field Tunic. Several Ink stamps and dates on interior of jacket for several re-issues perhaps, interesting ink stamps with all the different dates. I believe this is most likely an M-1943 field tunic. Light blue type pipping. All the front buttons are missing on the tunic. Worn condition.
