WW2 German Army Single Decal M40 Combat Helmet Shell with Shrapnel damage (crack) on top of helmet. No liner. Very heavily worn condition Army eagle decal with portions of the decal worn away. Exterior camouflage paint in very worn condition with 3 color camouflage: shades of tan, red, and green. Named in white paint on back inner rim. Maker and size mark on inner rim NS66. The production/lot number on the back inner rim very difficult to make out. Very heavily worn condition 3-color camo helmet shell with shrapnel damage on top.
