WW2 German Infantry Assault Badge in Silver. Marker marked with the FZS logo for the maker of Fritz Zimmermann (listed as type 7.25 in the excellent IAB book by Sascha Weber). Zinc based heavy convex badge with reverse partially hollowed out and with nice finish on the badge. Steel wire pin (magnet will stick to pin). Crimped in hinge and catch. Late war period badge. Worn condition.
