WW2 German Welcome to the Homeland Paper Banner with 1939 Iron Cross design. Herzlich Willkommen in der Heimat! (Welcome to the Homeland!). Size approximately 36 1/2 inches x 11 1/2 inches. Very, very, heavily worn and damaged condition (a lot of edge cracking and dry cracking and stiff with several pieces broken off especially on edges and overall, very stiff and delicate with a lot of tape area where you can see it was taped down and once time). It appears to have been rolled up for quite a while, so, wants to stay in the rolled-up type position. You might be able to save by some type of framing.
