United States International Signal Cards. Manufactured and Distributed by The Sunset Press. Looks like the set is fairly full, looks to have all or most of the cards. Most likely 1940s (ww2) era. Worn condition.
Additional Notes: During WW2, the U.S. military used International Signal Cards to facilitate communication at sea and in naval operations. These cards featured signal flags and their meanings, helping sailors and officers quickly interpret messages conveyed through flag hoisting.
