United States Military Plaque. Wood base plaque with brass round insignia in center with Bat design and the words: “Hatron Thirteen” below. Name plaque below with the wording: LCDR W.J. Ogle Sept 63 May 64. Vietnam era. Size approximately 9 inches x 7 inches. Worn condition.

Additional Notes: Heavy Attack Squadron 13 (HATRON 13). VAH-13 ‘Bats’. The RVAH-13 was a Reconnaissance Attack (Heavy) Squadron of the US Navy. Originally established as Heavy Attack Squadron Thirteen (VAH-13) in January of 1961 it was redesignated as Reconnaissance Attack (Heavy) Squadron Thirteen (RVAH-13) in November of 1964.
