US Navy Retirement Plaque – 1941-1967 . FLU3233


U.S. Navy Wood Retirement Plaque (Active Duty of 24 years Navy Service). The inscribed brass top main plate is missing two nails for holding plate securely in place still has two nails on one side just missing the two on the other side (I left as is). Has smaller brass plates below is showing dates and locations served. Dates of service ranging from 1941 through 1967, including service in U.S.N. Yard Pearl Harbor 1941-1943, U.S.S. Ommaney Bay (CVE) 43-44, Fleet Air Wing 14 44-45, USS Breckenridge (AP 176) 54-56, and USS Renshaw (DDE 499) 60-63. Also, has several single ribbon bars on bottom of plaque ranging from WW2 through Korea. Size approximately 10 inches X 14 inches.
