United States WW2 Cattaraugus 225Q “Quartermaster Knife” Commando Fighting Knife. Stacked leather handle with leather sheath. 6-inch blade in very worn with a lot of graying, spotting, and sharpening. Manufactured by Cattaraugus. The model 225Q was designed for use by the U.S. Quartermaster Corps and was also to have been rumored to have been preferred by the U.S. special forces as well. Knife has a very stout blade and with a checkered steel pommel. Very worn condition knife and sheath.
