American Civil War Union Eagle Button. Non-Excavated. Marker marked on back: Waterbury Scovill Mfg Co. Size approximately 7/8 inch across. Worn condition.
Additional Notes: The American Civil War Union Eagle Button was utilized from 1861-1865. The classic Civil War Eagle button worn by most Union solders. These were standard Civil War buttons with a loop (shank) on back. They had various maker names on back and some are smooth backs.
