US Army M7 Bayonet – GenCut (No Scabbard) . BAYO705

United States Army M7 Bayonet. No scabbard. Bayonet marker marked U.S. M7 GenCut (General Cutlery) under crossguard. There is a bit of a wiggle to the crossguard as well. Approximately 6 1/2 inch blade. Worn condition with wiggle to crossguard.

Additional Notes: The M7 bayonet was used by the U.S. Military for the M16 rifle. The M7 bayonet can also be used with the M4 carbine as well as many other assault rifles, carbines and combat shotguns. The M7 bayonet can also be used as a fighting knife and/or utility tool.

General Cutlery Company of Fremont, Ohio produced approximately 127,000 M7 bayonets for US military issue between 1985 and 1990.
