WW2 German K98 Bayonet 42asw with Frog . BAYO659

WW2 German K98 combat bayonet with frog. The bakelite grips are in good condition. Mis-matched numbers on blade and scabbard. Blade in very nice condition. Bayonet blade appears to be numbered “2122” on one side of blade ricasso and “42 asw” (for the maker of E.u.F. Hörster) marked on the other side. Waffenamt markings on pommel area appears to be WaA883. The scabbard is in worn condition and numbered: 7787. Bayonet frog is marker marked on back of leather and in worn condition.
