INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY/CUSTOMS
All orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s laws. TTMI does not collect duties, fees, or taxes at the time of purchase and is not responsible for any customs duties or items confiscated by local authorities.

TTMI has no control over delays or additional charges related to the importation or delivery of orders. Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. The carrier is responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

For large or tall shipments, TTMI may use UPS or another carrier at its discretion.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary governmental permissions or documentation for import approval and for verifying and paying all applicable import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes. TTMI is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by destination customs or local postal services.

Customers must take certain steps to ensure successful delivery. If delays occur, TTMI will assist with tracking, provide updates, and make reasonable efforts to work with the carrier. Customers are responsible for coordinating with their local carrier to expedite customs clearance and delivery.
