East German Grenztruppen General Dagger in Case . DW3006cxrs

East German Grenztruppen (Border Guard) General Parade Dagger in Case. Gilt metal pommel, ribbed plastic grip, push button lock for blade, gilt metal cross guard with acorns on each end. Bright blade has twin blood grooves to both sides and number stamped on one side of the blade ricasso. Scabbard has a black enameled main body with gilt metal upper and lower fittings that have an oakleaf design with a D.D.R. symbol. Blade length approximately 9 5/8 inches and overall length approximately 14 inches. Set also includes case, dagger hangers, and belt loop. Worn condition with some scuffs to exterior of case.
