WW2 German Army Officer Sword – EF Horster . SG3003cxa

WW2 German Army Officer sword.  This is a “Dove Head” style sword hilt. Marker marked on the blade ricaso with the logo for E&F Horster Solingen. Brass based hilt and fittings with German eagle on cross guard. The sword black celluliod (plastic) grip in decent condition with triple wire wrap, however, about half of the wire wrap is missing. Leather buffer pad still in place. Overall decent condition blade. Scabbard with some wear to the paint. Blade approximately 30 inches in length. Worn condition.
