WW2 German Luftwaffe Sword – Horster Schl 116 . SG200

WW2 German Luftwaffe Officer Sword. Marker marked with the logo for EF Horster Solingen. Early Nickel silver fittings with quite a bit of wear, however, has nice gilding still to swaz. Top pommel is not straight when tighten, has a bit of an angle when tight. Also, marked under cross guard: Schl 116. Also, matching marked on side of top fitting: Schl 116. The dark blue leather covered grip does has some wear to the leather and has nice tight silver wire wrap. Blade in decent condition with a bit of wear and graying, also, still has the blue leather buffer pad. Scabbard has very heavy wear with poor quality repair areas to the blue leather covering and ding in lower fitting, however, does still have the blue leather hanger which has a small old stitching repair. Overall, a very worn condition Luftwaffe sword.
