GI Souvenir Pillowcase from U.S. Army Camp Hood, Texas, which is located in southwestern Bell and southeastern Coryell counties in Central Texas. Camp Hood was established during WW2 and later became the well-known Fort Hood (now Fort Cavazos), a major U.S. Army post. Light blue background with yellow fringe. Size approximately 17 inches X 15 inches. This design of pillowcase was typically from the 1940s-1950s (ww2-Korea) era. Worn condition with some staining.
