WW1 Italian Medal Group with Document. Group of four unmounted WW1 Italian medals, all sewn closed at the top to fit on a standard Italian medal bar. Document awarded in 1918 to an engineer sergeant on the Isonzo Front. Size of document approximately 15 inches x 10 inches. Worn condition medals with heavily worn condition document with rips on edges along fold areas and old tape repairs.
