Additional Notes: The Soviet Army Officer 3rd Class Qualification Clasp was a military badge awarded to officers in the Soviet Armed Forces to denote their level of professional qualification. There were three classes in total, with a master’s badge above them, whose wearer could serve as a mentor. The third-class badge was the initial one, indicating that the officer had already achieved much but still had much to strive for in his military career.
