ADDITIONAL NOTE
The headquarters of the 10th Army was formed in June 1944 at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The 10th Army did not have an operational assignment until the invasion of Okinawa in April 1945. The 10th Army was disbanded on October 15, 1945.
