U.S. WW1 3rd Army Medical EM Tunic. U.S. and Medical Collar Disks. WW1 3rd Army shoulder sleeve insignia on one sleeve with red discharge stripe about mid-way up on the same sleeve and two overseas stripes near end of sleeve (each stripe represents 6 months service overseas).. Very worn condition with some scattered moth nips.
