US WW2 Army M1943 Combat Field Jacket – 34R . UA1013

U.S. Army M-1943 Combat Field Jacket. Size marked 34R. Also, has military laundry marks by tag as well. Appears to have army shoulder sleeve cloth rank insignia removed as you can see shadow of were once applied (stitched on) to sleeve. Worn and used condition.

Additional Notes: The U.S. Army M-1943 jacket was a combat uniform manufactured in windproof cotton sateen cloth introduced in 1943 to replace a variety of other specialist uniforms and some inadequate garments, like the M-1941 Field Jacket. It was used through the remainder of WW2 and into the Korean War with modifications before being replaced by the OG-107 uniform beginning in 1952.
