WW2 German Allgemeine SS Tunic w/RF-SS Cuff Title . U2002cxa


WW2 German Allgemeine SS Officer Tunic. Named and dated on inside pocket tag. Nice early quality tunic constructed of smooth black wool, it features a collar fully trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping. Rare RF-SS (Personnel Staff of the Reichfuhrer SS) 2nd pattern (1939-1945) cuff title on one end of sleeve (cuff title that you very rarely see, especially still on tunic). SS-Untersturmfuhrer (SS Second/Junior Assault Leader) collar rank insignia and officer shoulder board. Has nice quality SS armband tightly stitched to one arm sleeve. Nice SS honor chevron insignia for old guard, constructed of a black rayon V-shaped patch bearing silver aluminum wire tresses bisected by two black bands on other sleeve. Two sets of award loops one pocket area. The tunic closes with four pebbled, silvered, magnetic metal buttons on front. The reverse of the tunic features dual pebbled, silvered, magnetic metal belt hooks. All buttons and hooks on the tunic are marked on the reverse with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logos and code 142 for maker J. Brinker, Lüdenscheid. The interior is lined with black rayon with a silky finish and high sheen. There is a single interior pocket. The pocket has the a manufacturer’s tag of “George Höcker, Uniformen und Zivil, Berlin W30, Eisenacherstr. 2” and named to “Herr Kümmel” and dated “24 June 1936”. Overall very nice condition and would display very well.
