U.S. Survey scope marked by Keuffel & Esser Co. 178266. Brass scope with textured green paint. Paint missing in a couple of spots showing the brass underneath. Mounted on a swivel base with several adjusters. I can not seem to focus this one, not sure how to focus, however, looks like the optics might be okay, however, not sure. It would make a decent desktop display piece.
